July Monday Meeting – Pool Party and BBQ

$5.00The Club is having a BBQ and Pool party on Monday, July 9th from 5:30-8:30. The BBQ will be at the Clubhouse and after dinner, we’ll head to the Johnson Pool or the Billiard Room at the Johnson Sports Center to play pool. If neither of the pool events are of interest to anyone, the Clubhouse will remain open and you can hang out there and socialize.
To make the BBQ a success, we need to know how many people will be attending, so we will have enough burgers and hot dogs for everyone. The Club is providing the burgers (real and Veggie), hot dogs, buns and condiments. We need to have the members provide Coleslaw, Baked Beans, Chips and Dips and Watermelon. You will receive an Evite email invitation to RSVP and select the side dish you want to bring. The cost for the BBQ event is $5.00 per person to help cover costs. If you use the Evite to RSVP, you can pay at the event.
The GTC is looking forward to our first BBQ and Pool Party event and hope everyone has a great time. Please feel free to come early to help set up and stay afterwards to cleanup.
