SCW Chartered Club Guest Policy
The LGBT Club of SCW is Open to Club Members and Their Accompanied Guests.
The following policy revisions were issued by the Rec Center on June 2019 and adopted by our club to align with all chartered clubs within SCW.
RECREATIONAL CARD HOLDER GUEST PRIVILEGES
Any LGBT of SCW Club Member may wish to share the club experience with an occasional guest. A SCW resident guest is a resident of SCW with a current Recreational Centers’ card, who has not formally joined our club, but it is qualified to do so. In this instance, he/she may attend up to three (3x) scheduled club meetings or events. There is a $3 fee for each of the three (3x) visits. After that, at his/her election, the resident guest must opt to become an official club member or not. To fully participate in all official club events, a Recreational Card holder must join the club.
NON-RECREATION CARD HOLDER GUEST
For clarification, a Non-recreation card holder is defined as a person who does not possess a SCW Recreational Center’s owner member, associate member or tenant activity card. He/she may occasionally be welcome to participate in a LGBT Club of SCW program up to three (3x) scheduled club meetings or events. The LGBT Club of SCW member must accompany his/her guest when using the club facility. There is a $3 fee for each of the three (3x) visits
NOTE WHEN ATTENDING NON-SPONSORED CLUB EVENT
In both circumstances, guests may attend any of the non-sponsored (external) events listed in our website, and no guest fee is required unless noted by the organizers, etc. Attendance to any of the listed QUAD Club events, may or may not be subject to their own club rules and residency requirements. You must contact that particular club to obtain further details.
