Learn how to make Ricotta and Mozzarella cheese from scratch. Richard Bertin will demonstrate how they are made. Held at a private residence. Hosted by Jeff.  Appetizers and food will be served using the created cheeses. An RSVP email will be sent out later in April. RSVP Required.
