Your GoodTimes Committee has been working hard at planning our spring picnic.
Mark your calendar for Saturday April 7, 2018 at Beardsley Park- Ramadas 8 and 9.
These are the best pavilions, provide nice shade, and we will be eating at picnic tables, unless you bring your own folding chair.
We will have our required General meeting just before we eat.
Cost: $10/person for members $13/person- guest
Make out a check for your meal(s) to: LGBT Club of Sun City West
and mail to our treasurer Maria Philipp

DEADLINE FOR TICKET PURCHASE IS TUES. MARCH 27. NO EXCEPTIONS
The menu will be:
- Pulled Pork or Chicken Sandwich
- Cole Slaw
- Soft Drink
- Cookies
We are asking folks to bring either a side salad, fruit, or dessert.
Last name A-I bring dessert or fruit
Last name J-R bring some sort of side salad
Last name-S-Z bring some type of chip or chip and dip
Don’t forget, we would like each person to bring a dish, not one per couple, so there is enough for everyone/
If a few folks could commit to baked beans, that would be great. Please let me know if you are a baked bean contributor.
The schedule will be: Arrival 11:30 or after. Hang out, schmooze
General meeting 12:30pm WE MUST HAVE AT LEAST 20 MEMBERS PRESENT TO MAKE A QUORUM. The meeting will be as brief as possible.
Lunch Served after the General Meeting.
There will be a 50/50 raffle, and other games to keep you in the picnic spirit.
